In general, after discussing a potential project with a customer, we will issue a written quote via e-mail or, if we can’t help you directly, we will strive to direct you to someone who can solve your problem. 

Even if you aren’t looking to outsource analytical services, please feel free to e-mail us with questions about sample prep, analytical techniques, etc. and we’ll be glad to share whatever we know with you.  We will post interesting questions  and responses on our "Topics of Interest" page as time permits.  Similarly, if you have something interesting to share about techniques, observations, etc., let us know and we will consider posting your comments.
